The Prive Society is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damages incurred at the event. Attendees assume all risks associated with attending, including but not limited to accidents, illnesses, lost or stolen property, and unforeseen circumstances. By purchasing a ticket, attendees acknowledge that they are voluntarily participating and assume full responsibility for any risks involved.

The Prive Society reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel events without prior notice due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, venue issues, government restrictions, or safety concerns. We are not liable for any costs or damages resulting from such modifications or cancellations.

Additionally, The Prive Society reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who violates event policies, behaves inappropriately, or poses a threat to the safety and enjoyment of others. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

By purchasing a ticket or RSVP'ing, attendees agree to abide by all event rules and regulations, including any terms set forth by the venue and event organizers. The Prive Society is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from attendance or inability to attend the event. Any disputes arising from ticket purchases or event participation will be governed by the laws of United Kingdom.
